About Us
We hope you like our updated site and take time to have a look at the care services we offer for older people. Make sure you come back for another look as we are making additions daily.
We have many years experience in care and aim to provide you with the very best care. Whether it’s for the day, a night or a longer stay, SheffCare will be able to support you in finding the right home to help you feel at home. If your stay is for the longer term you will be able to surround yourself with familiar possessions and continue with as active a life as you want or are able. If you need a little extra help or a loved-one needs more support we will be able to talk with you and your family and advise you as to which of our homes best suit your specific needs. We will even escort you if you need help in attending hospital, optician or doctor’s appointments.
We can also offer financial advice to you or your family and help you through the maze of local authority funding and possible ‘top-up’ funding. If your loved one needs on-going financial advice you can talk to us. You can rest assured that the needs, wishes and aspirations of our residents and day care users remain paramount and everything we do is focused on improving their experiences and enriching their lives.
SheffCare is a registered charity and the largest provider of residential care services for older people in Sheffield employing nearly 500 experienced and dedicated people. Many of our employees have been working at the same home for nearly 30 years and all our residents are part of the family.
SheffCare’s vision is to secure the provision of services and provide personalised high quality care for older people in Sheffield.
