Every home has the same structure which enables staff to move freely between homes for any reason. The current structure includes Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Team Leaders Care Support Workers and Domestics.
Our Support Services team includes the HR & Development team, the Finance team, the IT team, Marketing and Communication, Property Management and Admin. This enables us to provide the tools to support the running of the services and frees up the time within the service to focus on our service user where it really is important.
