Knowle Hill
Knowle Hill, rated as 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission, the health and social care regulator for England, offers excellent care in comfortable surroundings. Although over four floors Knowle Hill feels cosy and personal, each floor having its own dining and sitting areas. You will have your own bedroom with shared facilities on your corridor. Each bedroom has television and telephone points so that you may stay in regular contact with your family and friends and can watch your favourite programmes at your leisure. To ensure that you feel at home you may also wish to furnish your bedroom with your own pieces of furniture. There are smaller residents’ kitchens where you, a relative or a friend can make a cup of tea or a light snack. There is also a larger communal area where you can get together with other residents for entertainment, activities or just a chat. In addition to its television lounges Knowle Hill has quiet rooms where you can sit and read your paper with no disturbances.
Knowle Hill also has its own room dedicated to hairdressing with a local hairdresser visiting three times a week and a beautician who visits fortnightly. The community Chiropodists visits every three months.
The residential home has its own easily accessible garden area where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air and in the warmer months you may dine al fresco.
