Respite Care
If you are a carer or relative of an older person and would like to take some time away, we will ensure you can go secure in the knowledge that your loved one is in safe hands. We offer short term or respite care throughout the year, even over the Christmas period. All our homes are cosy and welcoming, however long you want to stay.
Moving in to a care home permanently is a big decision, so if you would like to stay at one of our 11 homes across Sheffield for a short period; say, a couple of days, to help you make the right choice, contact us and we are happy to discuss your needs.
If you or a loved one needs time to convalesce after a stay in hospital and you don’t feel confident about going straight back to your own home, come and stay with us until you do feel ready. You will have your own bedroom, three meals a day and help with any medications you may need. You will also have the opportunity to socialise and make new friends and to participate in the various organised activities. Periods of respite care can be booked from an overnight stay to as long as you feel is necessary.
