Day Care
Day care is designed to help maintain your independence and to help prevent you feeling isolated and lonely in your own home.
All our SheffCare homes (except Midhurst Road) offer you the opportunity to participate in a wide range of organised daily activities whilst still living in your own home. You may attend one of our day centres for as many days as you would like and enjoy a two course lunch; form new friendships and it is also an ideal way for you to maintain or even improve your life skills. Or you may simply wish to take advantage of our in-house hairdressing, chiropody or beauty therapist services.
If you are a carer, day care and respite care enable you to have a few hours well deserved break. You may enjoy your break secure in the knowledge that your loved one is safe, well cared for and enjoying their outing.

At SheffCare we ensure that our care plans are personalised to suit your individual needs. For example we can provide transport and an escort to ensure that you don’t miss that important hospital appointment; we can help you with your shopping or laundry or we can provide a bathing service.
And, if your needs should change, we will talk with you about your options and recommend how we can further meet your needs.
