Sheffcare is led by a small, dedicated Executive team. They work together to ensure our charity runs smoothly and effectively. ‘
Our leadership team includes:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – responsible for Sheffcare and its strategic direction.

Director of Quality and Care – ensures high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for our residents.

Director of Human Resources (HR) –leads on the recruitment, retention and development of our employees and volunteers, as well as making sure people are treated fairly, legally, and in line with our policies and values.

Director of Finance – oversees our financial sustainability, providing quality care at a fair cost.

Director of Estates – ensures our homes are safe, welcoming, and well maintained.
