Each care home has a Home Manager registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The Home Manager ensures that all quality and safety standards are met in the home. Their role focuses on six key areas: involvement and information, personalised care, treatment and support, safeguarding and safety, staff suitability, and overall quality and management.
