All new team members are required to attend an induction at our training room in S13 prior to starting work in the care home.  These are run every three weeks, starting on a Monday, between 9:30am and 3:30pm.  

Team Leader (Job Description)
Working 11 hours during a 12 hour shift, mostly during the day but with the ability to undertake night shifts to cover.

Flexi Shifts (Job Description)
Working 11 hours during a 12 hour shift, mostly during the day but with the ability to undertake night shifts to cover for holidays, etc.

Night Shifts (Job Description)
Working 11 hours during a 12 hour shift, during the night.  Must be available to work occasional day shifts for training and development.

Day Shifts (Job Description)
Working 11 hours during a 12 hour shift, during the day.

Bank Shifts (Job Description)
Bank Care Support Workers work 11 hours during a 12 hour shift and play a vital role in providing additional support in the care home.  We provide Bank workers rolled-up pay to include holiday entitlement, due to the flexible nature of bank work.

Care Plan Coordinator (Job Description)
Hours may vary but will be primarily days, with the possibility of some evening availability.
